Carbon Footprint
We will determine a company’s carbon footprint by studying a company’s workforce practices, its fleet, foreign and domestic travel, annual electricity and fossil fuel usage.
We return after six months to check and audit the figures to Defra standards.

Any company wishing to reduce its footprint as a result of the survey is referred by Carwood to a panel of industry professionals who can offer bespoke advice and help develop the client’s carbon reduction strategy.
A carbon reduction strategy will help companies secure contracts, and will save them money. Typically, for every pound spent on reducing the carbon footprint at least double comes back.
We are reaping the rewards of our own carbon reduction strategy. We have replaced two Nssan Navara pick-ups with Smart cars, considerably reducing emissions and saving £3,600 on fuel for each vehicle. Taking lease charges and fuel bills into account we are running two cars for the price of one.
Become Carbon Neutral
We can also offset any unavoidable emissions by offering Voluntary Carbon Standard credits. These are derived from its portfolio of quality projects from various sectors, such as renewable energy, waste to energy and plantation projects from around the world.
